And Happy Autumn Equinox to the Southern Side of the Globe!

Ostara Foto-Bordüre-2 © Stefanie Neumann - All Rights Reserved. Here, in the Northern Hemisphere, the light is getting stronger. It is encouraging the first sprouts of what has grown in the safe embrace of the earth over the winter to stretch out into the sunlight. Some of the bolder ones are already blossoming and filling air with a sweet scent.

The bees and others are waking up from their hibernation and take up their “beezness” for the year. To some, they may seem especially busy, this spring; for others maybe especially peaceful.

It is all a matter of choice. It has always been. Yet, the pressure of a need for awareness may have become inevitable, by now. Where do we choose to set our focus? What do we really want in life? Are we walking our talk?

If we don’t, the bees probably seem very busy. But if we do, we may Ostara Foto-Bordüre-3 © Stefanie Neumann - All Rights Reserved.observe them going about their business very peacefully – depending on what we have chosen to focus on.

All year long over 2014 I have been transforming. All winter long, I’ve been transforming. Not just a little bit alongside other things. It has been a full time transformation. I am curious if, with this spring, I can blossom, as well, and stretch out my new Self towards the golden spring sun and bathe in it’s light.

The Equinox describes the balance of light and dark. Today’s solar eclipse emphasizes that. This makes it a good reminder for us to check in with ourselves and our own ideas about light and darkness. Do we maintain a healthy balance? Does it look like there is some room for adjustment when we see ourselves out in the sun?

When was the last time you have asked yourself “how are you, my dear?” and actually listened to the answer? ❤

Much love,
