In the Northern hemisphere we are celebrating the Winter solstice, today.  Not only is it the shortest day of the year, it also is telling us that this Gregorian year is coming to an end.

When I look back, the beginning of this year seems so different and far away that if feels like it was a very long year.  Looking forward, time seems to fly by so fast that it feels like a very short year.  It seems, I am finding the balance by focussing on and grounding into the Here & Now.”

What did this year bring to you?  Which gifts did it hold for you?  What did you let go of?

These are valid questions and now seems to be the perfect time to reflect about them.

Like every year, I am taking a Winter break until after the Twelfth Night on January 6th.  I am planning to be back to regular blogging on January 12th 2016.

Have a beautiful Winter solstice – or Summer solstice if you are living in the Southern hemisphere, Merry Christmas and a joyful transition into the new year which may bring you happiness and wonder!
