This week I remembered a technique I once learned during a seminar with the Huna teacher Serge Kahili King:  The Dynamind Technique (DMT)

This technique was developed to move static tension from the body based on the theory that all physical, emotional and mental problems are caused by static tension which eventually accumulates in layers.  The theory says further, that when in a state of dynamic tension – a cycle or wave-like motion of tension and relaxation – the body automatically goes into a healing mode during a stressful experience.  This healing can happen very rapidly.  In other words: the Dynamind Technique helps the energies to move.

Not only can we practice the Dynamind Technique for ourselves, we can also do it for children, animals and those who cannot don it for themselves.  What I especially like about this method is that it is simple and works as a gentle invitation rather than forcing anything.  This allows space for experience and all aspects of our system to catch up with what is happening.”

Dynamind works on the physical, emotional and mental level and can be used on many problems.  I have seen it giving release instantly – to myself as well as to others.

Would you like to know more about the Dynamind Technique and how it works?  You can find all the information on the DMT page of Aloha International, > here <.

Personally, I like to use the “Intensity Scale” when practising Dynamind, as it helps my mind to register the actual impact of the session on my health.

Do you have experience with the Dynamind Technique?  What helps you to cope when you experience stress? Please feel free to share your insights in the comments.

Much love,
