A New Way of Grounding

Currently, everything seems to be in an in-between state, somehow.  Nothing feels like it once was.  Nearly as if we were uprooted.

On the other hand there is this strong trust, this huge potential to simply be.

We are in transition from the Old Energy to the New Energy, from an old version of the earth to the New Earth.

It is probable that a lot of what provided a feeling of grounding for us in the old energy will not work, anymore, in this new energy.  On the other hand, other things seem to work better than ever.

Why is that so and wherein lies the difference between the various methods of grounding?

I have a supposition.

Often, grounding comes with a feeling of safety and security.  In the old energy where we have been drilled to adapt and conform, a feeling like this could be produced by simply doing something that everybody does, something that is seen as normal.  For example, to regularly watch a certain television show or to cook a certain meal on a particular day of the week.

Somehow, those activities then became habits and the habits became routines.  In the end we perhaps stopped to question those routines and found our support in knowing that we are conforming to routine.  In the new energy it does not work like that, anymore.

Things on the outside cannot support us if they do not have a foundation on the inside.  This requires that we question our routines.”

Am I doing this because it actually is grounding me or because it is complying with an image of what grounding should look like?  Does this image match my living reality or rather something that I once saw in a book of fairy tales?  Is that me or is it an imagination of somebody else about how I should be?

That which does not come from the inside is now falling apart.  We will neither find support nor grounding, there.

When we notice that our habitual routines no longer give us what we want from them it maybe is time to create new habits.  Habits that lovingly and strongly grow from inside and truly support us instead of complying with an imagination from an old book of fairy tales.”

What feels truly nourishing for me, now?  What do I really need?  What makes me really happy?

It is time to find out.

Changes require new ways.  Curiosity is helpful, also.  The joy to try something new, unprecedented.”

What makes you really happy?  So much that it gives you support and grounding?
Are you ready to shine a bright light of awareness on the path of beingness, today?

Much love,
Steffi
