Enjoy the Silence
Dieser Beitrag ist auch in deutscher Sprache verfügbar.
On the quest to get beyond the void and into today’s blog post, I checked out the inspirational sources of WordPress. Their current Weekly Writing Challenge: The Sound of Silence.
Then I pulled a Note of the Day – one of a series I had created to share on Google+ and Pinterest, last year. It was this one.
When you live consciously, are aware and present, there are no coincidences.
So instead of trying to get beyond it I take a deep breath – into the void…
Much love, Steffi

Dear Stefanie,
I agree that having a presence of mind is to live a fuller and more meaningful life because we ‘see’ and experience more. It also means we don’t take things for granted.
Hi – thank you very much for stopping by, reading and commenting!
It’s true – gratitude and awareness in the present moment allow a deeper experience of life. Great insight! Thank you for sharing it. 🙂
Much love,
Steffi
LOvely post Steffi, each word matters and the thoughts are just what I need to remind myself , much love, Valerie
Hi Valerie – thank you for sharing your kind thoughts! 🙂
How beautiful that you allow this post to serve as loving reminder to brighten up your day. Thank you for that, also!
Much love,
Steffi
I am happy to read it. Have a beautiful day 🙂
Thank you so much for taking time to read it, Gede Prama! 🙂
Much love and a beautiful day to you, too!
Thanks for sharing this peaceful post Steffi! Living consciously and noticing “coincidences” unfold is quite amazing. Awareness inspires gratitude for all the blessings we are given on a daily basis and prevents taking them for granted! Enjoy the day! 🙂
Cathie, thank you again for stopping by and taking time to comment! 🙂
I know you probably have exciting (mindful) things going on that keep you busy…
So true that awareness inspires gratitute and shows us how to celebrate (and enjoy!) the abundance we have in our lives, every day. – Good point!
Much love,
Steffi

I really need to stop and enjoy the present. We had a huge snow fall last night in Canada. I think I’m going to play in the snow.
Hi Bernice!
Thank you for stopping by here, before going out and playing in the snow! 🙂
It can feel challenging to be present in busy times like these. Yet, regular check-ins with the Now may give us the replenishment we need to move through them.
Have fun playing and build a snowman (or snow-woman) for me, if you like!
Much love,
Steffi
I will. I may even post some pictures on my blog.

Hi Steffi, love your attitude, it’s great advice as I’m having trouble with enjoying the present moment, too much to do and think about 😉 Love your friend, he/she looks totally into the the moment 🙂
Hi Mike – lovely to see you! 🙂
How beautiful that my post is allowed to serve as a supportive reminder for you, today.
Especially considering that it derived from letting go of similar troubles like yours. 😉
(And it already works for me, btw…)
As far as I know it is a Lady-friend who is giving us this beautiful example of beingness.
Much love and lots of present moments,
Steffi
Be aware and present, I totally agree with this, the way to live. the cat looks almost like mine! Wishing you a mindful Day!
Hi Ute!
Thank you for stopping by!
It’s amazing what awareness and presence can do, isn’t it? – And it’s always so good to know that others are aware of that, also. 😀
The cat is a friend I sometimes meet on my walks, btw.
Much love and enjoy the attentiveness in the present moment,
Steffi
