On the Road Again

Today I am starting another journey to Ireland – together with my partner Kim.
Instead of putting a lot of stress on us and going by plane – anybody who had to fly recently will have an idea of what I mean – we chose to “slow-travel”. So we’ll be going by car and ferry which gives us the opportunity to see several places and meet a lot of interesting people.
We’ll be back on March 22nd. Until then it is quite likely that you won’t see much of me around here.
Before I close this post, I’d like to share a little treat from our last time in Ireland. This is from our trip to the Dublin Mountains in County Wicklow, January 2012. Have a great time and enjoy!
How fabulous Stefanie! Hope you have a lovely trip and thanks for the e-card! 🙂
Hi Cathie!
Thank you for stopping by! – And you are welcome for the e-card! 🙂
The trip was lovely until I caught this really bad caugh, about a week ago, now. Instead of investigating Cork, seeing Galway, stopping by at Kilkenny and visiting friends in Killarney I have been lying in bed for the whole week. Today I am feeling a little better for the first time, but still in bed.
At least we have a nice view from the appartement and good weather! And we can see the St. Paddy’s Day Parade in Dublin on TV. 😉
Magic Ireland….make sure you come and see teh beautiful; Southwest this time. Kilarney and its wonderful mountains, lakes and valleys are pure magic… Klaus
Hi Klaus!
Thank you for dropping me these kind lines – what a happy surprise!
We’ll stay in Dublin and in Cork and actually have been considering visiting Kilarney for a day trip or so. – I’d like to stock up on some of your beautiful products, also, and was going to contact you and Geraldine when we arrive in Dublin… 😉
(Currently I’m in Cologne, half way on the way to the ferry.)
Much love,
Steffi
